Let access follow the rental
The Storeganise add-on connects rental administration with Bearbox access. Supported rental changes can update customer permissions. The changes available depend on the add-on and your site’s access rules.
Give customers the right way in
Use familiar PINs, QR codes scanned at the entrance, phone opening or a combination. Access zones limit the doors and areas each customer can open, with hours set for each person. Require both a QR code and a PIN for two-factor access where you want an extra check.
Help from your phone or desktop
Check access records, open a door or gate remotely and see live site activity in Bearbox Portal. Unit monitoring adds door status and alarms; optional automatic locks control unit access. You can choose either or both.

Can rental and payment changes affect access?
Rental connectors can handle move-ins, access restrictions and move-outs. We’ll check which changes your connector supports. Restricting entrance access and overlocking a unit are different actions; automatic overlocking needs compatible locks and rental rules that determine when to restrict or restore unit access.
Do customers have to use an app?
No. Customers can use a keypad PIN or a QR code at a reader, open doors from their phone, or use both phone and physical entrance controls. Choose the methods your site and customers need.
Can we keep our existing access equipment?
Bearbox connects access control to your existing gates. Compatible readers and wiring may stay in place; we review the equipment before recommending changes. You can add unit monitoring or automatic locks separately.
