Keep access decisions clear
Your software decides when a rental or payment change should affect access. The connection sends that change to Bearbox, using the customer and unit references shared between the systems.
Other Integrations
Let rental changes update customer access, and bring site activity into your own tools.
If staff enter the same change in your rental software and access system, a connection can save that second job. Your software may already have a Bearbox connector; developers can also build one through our API.
Alongside Stora, Space Manager and Storeganise, supported providers include 6Storage, R6 Automate, Storman, Store365, Kinnovis and many more. Tell us which system you use and we’ll check whether a connector already exists.
The API is the same one used by Bearbox Portal. Your developers can manage customers, change access and read site events from your rental system, CRM or reporting tools. You can also send activity to external AI tools to analyse patterns in visits and alarms.

Send alarms to a monitoring station or alarm receiving centre so a team can investigate and act under your response plan. DSOC is one of our monitoring partners. Tell us about an existing provider and we can check the connection.
Tell us which software you use and what you want it to do. For example, create access at move-in or bring visit records into a dashboard. Involve your provider or developers if they’ll build the connection.
Name your systems and any in-house tools. A provider contact or API documentation helps us check the available connection.
Describe the change you want to automate and anything that should still need a member of staff to decide.
Practical answers for planning your site.
Yes. Many connections are not listed here, and developers can use the Bearbox API to build a custom one. Tell us your software’s name so we can check whether a connector already exists.
If your provider already has a connector, use its setup process. For custom work, you can involve your developers or discuss help with the Bearbox team. The work needed depends on your systems and the workflow you want to support.
Agree which system controls rental and access decisions, how units and customers match, and what happens when a change cannot be delivered. Check representative move-ins, changes and move-outs before relying on the connection for everyday site operation.
Name your software and describe the job you want to automate. We can check for an existing connection or talk through a custom API connection with your developers.
